Logan Nisbet is a sweet 8 year old in the second grade. On Saturday January 21, 2007 he was climbing a tree in the front yard, which happens to be one of things he loves to do, when he fell, landing face down on the curb. His face took the brunt of the impact. I never would image that anyone could sustain the amount of damage he incurred by falling out of a tree.

Logan is an energetic boy that loves to climb anything. He is very passionate about bugs and animals. He is also involved in baseball and Cub Scouts.

Logan tops the list with the damaging fall.

Logan has a gash on his forehead

5 severe fractures around his left eye (now supported with 4 titanium plates)

He crushed his nose which has to be rebuilt.

He has a huge scrape from forehead all the way to his chin.

He broke his lower arm in two places

Punctured his liver

Lost partial function in one of his kidneys

They thought his stomach was having a spasm.

He has had numerous tests but the damage was more severe than what the test results showed.

Please pray for quick recovery.

Dad just got a new job and his insurance doesn’t go into effect until Feb 1, 2007. I know this family works hard to make ends meet on a daily basis and now they have this tragedy and expense to deal with.

Please keep Logan and his family in your daily prayers. They need all the support they can get right now. I know if we turn to the right man, the power of prayer has amazing effects.
